We collect as little as possible. You do not need an account to use this site, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Contact form submissions. If you contact us through the contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond to you.
Court reports.If you confirm or report a court using the “Still here” or flag feature, we store the report type and a one-way hash of your IP address for spam prevention. Your IP address is never stored in plain text.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google AdSenseto display advertisements. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Court report data is retained indefinitely to maintain the accuracy of court listings. Server log data is retained for up to 90 days.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your rights
